Our mission in the Lakeside Student Ministry is to know God, love Him, and love others. We have an incredible group of adults and student leaders from around Van Zandt county who are committed to living a life fully devoted to Jesus Christ and who love to partner with parents to point students to Christ.
WHEN WE MEET
SUNDAY 9:00am
Small Groups
Each Sunday morning at 9 am Students 7th - 12th grade join together in small groups to dig deeper into God’s word. We believe that real growth happens when we are able to discuss the things of God in a safe and encouraging group setting guided by trusted adult leaders. Come join us as we seek to know God, love him, and love others in our small group time.
WEDNESDAY 6:15pm
Midweek
Each Wednesday evening from 6-7:30pm we join together for large group teaching, worship, and games in the Student Center. Come join us as we study the book of Acts this semester!
UPCOMG EVENTS
Lakeside Student Camp will be June 16th - 20th. It will be at Generate 360 in Glorieta New Mexico! The cost is $459 per person. Down deposit of $50 is due by 1/15/25. Register by 1/15/25 by contacting Jeremy Dickerson by text @903-802-5552 or by email @ youth@lakesidecanton.com. We will leave for camp on June 15th 2025, the time is still TBD.
